We have two HYROX Teams sessions. Wednesday is our shorter session (45mins) which is suited for most abilities but please check with a coach before booking on. Saturday is our BIG end of the week session which is 90 mins long and a high intensity! This session is intense, hard and you should not book on if you are fairly new to exercise.
In this class we will be taking elements of the Hyrox and combining them all together. Great to improve you overall fitness and conditioning.
