A coached small group session combining 50% strength and movement work with 50% conditioning/ intervals.
Wednesday – Hinge Focus (Full Body)
Posterior chain strength session targeting hinge patterns such as deadlifts and RDLs, paired with balanced upper-body work.
Thursday – Upper Body Push/Pull + Core
Upper-body focused session developing pressing, pulling, and core strength. Ideal midweek recovery balance for the lower body.
